เงื่อนไขการสมัครเป็นสมาชิก T-GoodTech

1) การสมัครสมาชิก T-GoodTech ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
2) ผู้สมัครจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่างๆ ตามจริงให้ครบถ้วน และยินยอมให้ทางกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง หากตรวจพบว่าข้อมูลของผู้สมัครไม่เป็นความจริง ทางกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมจะระงับการใช้งานของผู้สมัครโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3) ผู้ใดแอบอ้าง หรือกระทำการใดๆ อันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้ข้อมูลของผู้อื่นมาแอบอ้างสมัครสมาชิก เพื่อให้ได้ซึ่งสิทธิการเป็นสมาชิก ถือเป็นความผิดต้องรับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้
4) เป็นนิติบุคคลที่จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์ในประเทศไทย
5) เป็นธุรกิจที่มียอดขายเฉลี่ยไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ล้านบาทต่อปี
6) กรณีเป็นอุตสาหกรรม / บริการที่ต้องมีมาตรฐานบังคับต้องได้รับการรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสินค้าตามมาตรฐานบังคับ
7) มีเว็บไซต์หรือ Social Media เช่น Facebook ของกิจการตนเอง

T-GoodTech Terms and Conditions

1) T-GoodTech’s Registration is free of charge.
2) The applicant needs to fill the form authentically and consent to the authority. If it detects the applicant’s information is not true, the authority has right to withhold without notice.

3) Anyone found impersonating or committing a violation of personal rights by using unreal information to registration, is considered as the punishment according to the law.
4) A juristic person registered in Thailand.
5) A business which has the average income not less than 1 million baht per year.
6) In case of industry/services, which have the obligatory standards, must be legally certified products or goods.
7) Own website or social media such as facebook.
