1. Cheap, compact, easy, and portable bio (methane) gas system

As an on-site system, all equipment is stored in a 20-feet container in a compact and easy-to-deliver shape for easy waste disposal. Piping and electrical work is done in the container in advance, reducing and minimizing on-site construction work. A test run is possible in a minimum of two days after delivery and installation, and it can be exported overseas as it is. The Thailand government has positioned the proper management of municipal waste as an important national issue, and the BMA Master Plan on Climate Change also summarizes the further promotion of sorting and recycling, and we will reduce the weight and volume onsite. We believe that the product meets that need.

2. Adopted original plant heating system

Efficient heating and biogas recovery can be obtained by Vios's original technology, and it is possible to set and operate both the medium temperature range (35 ° C) and the high-temperature range (55 ° C).

3. Adopted results in JICA projects

The same survey was conducted in the "Basic Survey on Fertilization and Power Generation of Organic Waste by the Small Methane Fermentation System in Thailand" in the 2016 Private Partnership Project. Currently, we are planning a mini ODA project (about 100 million Japanese yen).

4. Contribution to BCG economic construction

The Thai government has set a goal of building a "Bio-Circular-Green (BCG)", "community participation in energy projects" and a renewable energy replacement rate of 30% by 2036. Our business model is to effectively utilize by-products generated from waste treatment, including energy generation, and we believe that it can contribute to public awareness as a BCG economic promotion model.
