- All services carried out by a chartered member of CIOB.
- Oversee procurement of design team and contractors.
- Liaise with Client and Professional Team to develop Clients Brief (design).
- Advise on enabling works reports, surveys and services that may be required.
- Prepare programme of works, project matrix and project reports.
- Plan, organize and monitor works, contractors and materials on site including health and safety and quality.
- Act as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent/Project Manager.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, on budget, to Building Control requirements and to the New Home Warranty providers requirements (if applicable).
- Obtain all documents and information from contractors prior to commencing and on completion.
