“Tapioca Starch Fancy Carp Brand” is transformed from high quality tapioca root. It can be used as a thickener and stabilizer in fruit pies, soups, puddings, sauces, and Thai desserts such as Tub Tim Krob (Red Rubbies in Coconut Milk), mixed with rice flour for Kanom Chan (Layer Sweet Cake), mixed with rice flour Tao Suan (Thai Mung Bean Pudding) and Cendol (Lot Chong Singapore).
