Mirin is a staple in Japanese cooking. Fermented from famous Thai jasmine rice It has a sweet taste and smells of light jasmine rice. It is widely used in Japanese cooking. Typical mirin is about 10%-14% alcohol, but this mirin does not contain alcohol. We developed this product for Japanese restaurants for Muslims. And has been certified by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand.
